Code of conduct

We are working together to create a great resource that will help many people to find best dentists and dental services in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

We always welcome your opinions on your dental care experience. However, there are a few things we expect from every user on Denstissimo. Your reviews and photos, as well as your profile and the comments you share, are all subject to our Code of Conduct.

If your activity on Dentissimo doesn’t match up to this Code of Conduct, we reserve the right to take action that we consider necessary. This may include altering or deleting your reviews and your Dentissimo account, with or without notice. If you feel your review was deleted in error, email us at contact@dentissimo.com.au.

If you see content that does not align with this Code of Conduct or our Terms of Service, please contact us. We will review all such reports, however please note the content might not meet the criteria to be removed due to the diversity of our community.

 

Code of Conduct for Reviewers

  • Leave appropriate reviews: Here at Dentissimo we build together as high quality content that is useful to everyone. Therefore, we ask all users to ensure their reviews match a minimum of 140 characters long. We also ask user to make sure that all reviews are objective and respectful. If we deem necessary, we reserve the right to remove the inappropriate review.
  • Ensure your review is relevant: Please make sure the content is relevant to Dentissimo. Accounts placing irrelevant, inappropriate, or promotional content, that solicit customers, or that spam restaurants, notice.or are based on any already disclaimed or informed policies and practices of a restaurant may be deleted without notice.
  • Use ‘clean’ language: Please ensure you write your review in English and avoid foul/abusive/hateful language, threats etc. We will delete all reviews that do not match these criteria. This also includes (but is not limited to) derogatory comments on someone’s protected characteristics (e.g. race, gender, religion) or indication of a personal vendetta against a business and its associates.
  • Ensure you review is up-to-date: We accept one review per dentist. You are welcome to edit and update your review based on subsequent visits at any time. Reviews about old experiences (more than 6 months old) will also be deleted.
  • Ensure your review is real: Make sure you add your review based on your own experience at the particular dental care. Please don’t exaggerate or falsify your experience, as well as post to reveal a dispute. Content that indicates the reviewer has not used the dental services will be removed. Please avoid any kind of deceptive, fake, or misleading reviews as they will also result in removal from Dentissimo.
  • Do not copy others: Please avoid plagiarism. We do not favour copying others’ reviews or photos from any Internet resource, including Dentissimo. This type of material may be removed or moderated.
  • Do not misrepresent: Please make sure your profile is relevant to your identity/company/clinic. Identifying yourself as someone else or intentionally promoting your services via Dentissimo (e.g., promoting you goods or services in reviews/ leaving reviews for your own dental practice / asking friends who never visited your practice to leave review etc.) will result is removing a profile from Dentissimo.
  • Follow our Terms of Service: The content you add should be in compliance with Dentissimo’s Terms of Service. Local laws take precedence, and content may be moderated or deleted to adhere to these.

 

Code of Conduct for Dentists

  • Keep your listing updated: We always monitor the information on Dentissimo to ensure it is up-to-date. However, we appreciate you letting us know when an update is required. This will result in more happy clients coming to your dental clinic.
  • Please do not falsify reviews: Please make sure you do not affect your dental clinic reviews by something other than great service. Intentionally promoting your services via Dentissimo (e.g., promoting you goods or services in reviews/ leaving reviews for your own dental practice / asking friends who never visited your practice to leave review etc.) will result is removing a profile from Dentissimo.
  • Please take criticism positively: If you get a negative review it is not always bad. Please take all reviews as constructive feedback and use it as an opportunity to improve dental services you provide. The best way to approach this is to reply with a management response to show you care. It is not a good idea to use bad language or offer the customer an incentive to edit their review. We reserve the right to edit all the inappropriate wordings or comments that do not match our Code of Conduct.
  • Follow our Terms of Service: The content you add should be in compliance with Dentissimo’s Terms of Service. Local laws take precedence, and content may be moderated or deleted to adhere to these.
